Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Lead and build the HR Operations and People Systems function, defining scalable processes, frameworks, and operational standards Own and optimize the HR technology ecosystem, including system selection, configuration, integration, and continuous improvement Design and deliver people analytics, dashboards, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making across the organization Develop and continuously improve core HR processes including onboarding, performance management, employee lifecycle operations, and compliance workflows Drive automation and operational efficiency initiatives using technology, data, and AI-enabled solutions Partner closely with leadership, People teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to align HR operations with business strategy Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and maintain accurate employee data, records, and reporting standards Lead change management efforts, including communication, documentation, and adoption of new HR systems and processes Support employee engagement, learning, and development initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness Requirements: 8+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Systems roles within fast-scaling, technology-driven organizations Proven experience owning HR systems, HRIS platforms, and integrated people tech stacks Strong background in HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making Experience designing and improving HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including performance management and compliance Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with a builder mindset Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization Experience driving organizational change and improving adoption of systems and processes Strong understanding of HR compliance requirements and operational risk management Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on
