Must Have
6–12 years Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations experience, 3 years regional or zone-level operations role with Americas scope, Forecasting cadences and pipeline reporting experience, Salesforce data quality, opportunity management, and quoting accuracy experience, Manage or mentor at least one direct report, Fluent in English
Nice to Have
Experience with CPQ tooling, Familiarity with Specialized Sales motions, Exposure to ARR, NRR, and GRR metric frameworks, Experience operating within a large enterprise structure, Background in low-code, platform, or developer tooling markets, MBA
What You'll Do.
Serve as strategic operations partner
Co-own Management Operating Rhythm
and improve sales processes
Lead forecasting process end-to-end
Maintain rolling forecast visibility
Drive performance on key SaaS metrics
Partner with GTM Finance
Translate pipeline data into P&L narratives
Support commercial decisions
Ensure Salesforce data quality
Identify and resolve operational friction points
Partner to implement tooling and process improvements
Serve as local implementation lead
Serve as AMS GTM Ops point of contact
Ensure AMS insights flow into global
Translate global directives into local implementation
Navigate Siemens Software matrix organisation
and mentor direct reports
Foster high-performance team culture
