In-Office Expectation: This role is expected to work onsite four days per week. Specific scheduling and flexibility will be guided by your leader to support both team collaboration and individual productivity. Nextiva is building a next-generation, AI-powered Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement function to transform how revenue teams operate in high-velocity SMB and Mid-Market environments. We are seeking a Head of GTM Enablement to architect and lead this evolution. This leader will work cross-functionally across Product Marketing, Revenue Leadership, Sales Enablement, and Operations to build a connected, performance-driven GTM enablement system that delivers actionable guidance directly within seller workflows.
