About Sarvam Sarvam is building the bedrock of Sovereign AI for India. The company is developing India’s full-stack sovereign AI platform, building across research, models, infrastructure and applications with a singular focus on making AI genuinely work for India. Sarvam works with leading enterprises and public institutions and is backed by Lightspeed, Peak XV, and Khosla Ventures. Sarvam partners with India’s leading brands, including Tata Capital, SBI Life, CRED, IDFC, and LIC. About the Role The Head of Growth Marketing will help more of the right people find Sarvam, try it, understand its value, and keep using it. This role owns the journey from first visit to real product usage. It means knowing who is coming to Sarvam, what they are looking for, where they get stuck, and what makes them come back. The work is not just to drive traffic, but to make every step clearer, simpler, and more useful for builders and teams using the platform.This person will work closely with Product, Sales, Developer Relations, and Content to improve how Sarvam reaches people and how people experience the product. The goal is to make growth less dependent on big launch moments and more consistent every week. What You’ll Do - Category narrative & positioning. Define how the market understands what we do, who it's for, and why it matters. Own positioning across developers, enterprises, and consumers. - PLG funnel ownership. Own the developer journey end-to-end: discovery → signup → first successful API call → habitual usage → paid conversion → team expansion. Instrument it, experiment on it, compound it. - Developer adoption. Grow API usage and open-weight model adoption. Own developer evangelism, documentation SEO, Hugging Face presence, arXiv and Papers with Code visibility, and the technical content flywheel. - AI discoverability. Own how we show up in LLM training pipelines and AI-powered search - Paid & organic acquisition. Build top-of-funnel through content, community, events,
