We're looking for a Head of Growth to lead the strategy, development, and execution of all growth marketing initiatives for our app. This is a senior leadership role partnering closely with the CMO and other horizontal teams in Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Finance. Besides the app's growth, you will be overseeing creative and user acquisition teams behind it. What You’ll Do - Oversee the strategy, development, and execution of all growth marketing initiatives around the app — performance channels, lifecycle marketing, cooperation with organic, funnel optimization, and more - Collaborate with the executive team to align growth objectives with overall business goals - Effectively model and measure marketing impact, anticipating trends and events that will create opportunities for growth — and capitalizing on them - Build, develop, and coach a world-class growth team as the company continues on a path of rapid expansion; foster a culture of high performance, learning, curiosity, and ownership - Know our users like you know your friends — master every part of the user journey, understand their needs, motivations, and concerns, and work tirelessly to deliver lasting value - Serve as a trusted partner to Product and Analytics, bringing your persp
