Must Have
Proven experience in growth, demand generation, or strategic marketing within SaaS, analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, Experience owning end-to-end (full-funnel) growth, Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management, Ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution, communication and collaboration skills, Comfortable working in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments, High ownership and accountability mindset
Nice to Have
Exposure to creator economy, TikTok Shop, or e-commerce businesses, Experience working with content-driven or community-led growth strategies, Proven track record of building growth systems from scratch
