Ignitis Group is establishing a new, unified Group Supply Chain & Procurement function – and we are looking for the leader to build it. This is a rare opportunity to architect a group-wide operating model from the ground up – building a function that spans the full procurement and supply chain agenda across our international portfolio. You will report at group level and work closely with business units, shared services, and group functions. Your mandate: lead a differentiated supply-chain model – a centralised public procurement function operating alongside a commercial procurement model with clear rules, data visibility, and group-wide reporting – enabling cost efficiency, supply resilience, ESG compliance, and regulatory integrity at scale. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by: * Strategy and policy ownership. Defining and driving the group-wide supply chain and procurement strategy, policies, and standards – with full accountability for implementation across all business units, covering both public procurement obligations and commercial procurement. * Function architecture and operating model leadership.
