Must Have
Minimum 10 years experience, Significant IFRS reporting experience, Significant consolidation experience, Experience in multinational environments, Experience in SSC environments, Proven team management experience, Proven leadership experience, Demonstrated exposure to complex projects
Nice to Have
Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) preferred, Big 4 audit background preferred

Ensure quality of financial data

Lead external audit process
Ensure audit documentation quality
Prepare Audit & Risk Committee reports
Prepare Board reports
Strengthen internal control environment
Lead accounting for acquisitions
