This is a hybrid role, requiring an on-site presence of 2–3 days per month in our Łódź office. In this role, you will set the strategy and drive execution for Talent Acquisition Operations & Enablement, ensuring a consistent, efficient, and high-quality recruitment experience across Takeda. You will oversee a globally distributed team of Enablement Leads, Operations Partners, and Talent Acquisition Coordinators, supporting their development while fostering strong collaboration and reliable delivery.
