This is a hybrid role, requiring an on-site presence of 2–3 days per month in our Łódź office. In this role, you will set the strategy and drive execution for Talent Acquisition Operations & Enablement, ensuring a consistent, efficient, and high-quality recruitment experience across Takeda. You will oversee a globally distributed team of Enablement Leads, Operations Partners, and Talent Acquisition Coordinators, supporting their development while fostering strong collaboration and reliable delivery. You will shape and strengthen global TA operations by streamlining processes, optimizing technology and vendor performance, and enabling scalable, efficient ways of working. A key aspect of the role is championing a data-driven approach—using insights to guide decisions, set priorities, and continuously improve outcomes.
