Must Have
5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or roles within fast-paced B2B or fintech environments, Proven experience leading and scaling global SDR teams, with a focus on coaching, performance management, and team development, A strategic and commercially driven mindset, with the ability to build scalable outbound and pipeline generation processes, leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating international teams and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships, Highly organized and operationally strong, with excellent planning and prioritization skills in dynamic, fast-moving environments, Data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience analyzing performance metrics, forecasting, and optimizing team efficiency, Self-starter mentality with the ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems proactively, and drive initiatives independently
