Full Job Description

We are a Managed Service Provider delivering technology support and dedicated resource services to clients across a wide range of industries worldwide. Our service portfolio includes IT helpdesk and tech support, dedicated staffing of system administrators, network engineers, migration experts, Microsoft 365 consultants, and project managers — enabling our clients to run lean internal IT teams while accessing enterprise-grade expertise on demand. We are seeking a Head of Global Sales to own and grow our revenue across all markets. This is a senior leadership role for someone who is equally comfortable building a pipeline from scratch, running consultative pre-sales conversations about IT and managed services, and technically evaluating the sales and technical talent we hire internally. You will be the commercial engine of the business, working directly with the CEO and delivery teams to convert opportunities, grow existing accounts, and scale the function globally. **Key Responsibilities:** **Sales Leadership & Pipeline Development** • Own global revenue targets and drive consistent pipeline growth across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise client segments • Build and execute an outbound sales strategy including cold outreach, prospecting, and lead generation across target markets • Manage and develop a global sales team, establishing clear KPIs, playbooks, and performance cadences • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting through CRM tools, providing regular updates to the CEO • Identify and pursue new geographies, verticals, and channel partnerships to expand market reach **Client Engagement & Pre-Sales** • Lead discovery and exploratory calls with prospective clients to understand their IT environment, pain points, and resource gaps • Present and position the company’s managed services and dedicated resource offerings against client-specific needs • Scope and structure service proposals across tech support, dedicated staffing, cloud migrations, M365 depl
