DESCRIPTION Role highlights: - Head of Global Manufacturing Capability & Training - Location: Espoo, Finland - Department: Global Manufacturing Infrastructure (GMI) / Global Manufacturing Organization - Reports to: Head of GMI - Employment type: Permanent - Workplace model: Office / Hybrid - Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required) REQUIREMENTS Why this role matters: ICEYE is scaling global manufacturing and local operational capability across ICEYE sites, joint ventures, and customer-hosted locations. To deliver reliably at that scale, we need a capability system that makes teams productive fast, keeps quality high, and remains consistent as procedures, tooling, and products evolve. As the Head of Global Manufacturing Capability & Training, you’ll build that system end-to-end: defining role-based competencies, creating world-class training paths (hands-on + blended), standing up a staged training center, and ensuring new and existing teams—across AIT, supply chain, quality, and production operations—are trained, certified, and ready to execute. This is a leadership role for someone who can combine industrialization mindset + hardware manufacturing credibility + learning system design, and who is motivated to build something foundational for ICEYE’s next growth phase.
