10+ years of professional experience in fast-paced environments, ideally in tech or startups, Solid go-to-market experience, Significant managerial experience, including hiring and developing high-performing teams, Excellent execution skills, drive roadmaps with rigor, and collaborate effectively across teams, Fond of productivity tools and able to deliver on time on projects with many stakeholders, Thrive in fast-changing environments and biased toward action, Fluent in English and French, Entrepreneurial mindset, like challenges, welcome feedback and love constantly learning and getting better

Experience with country launches or international expansion is a plus

Lead the Gift Cards business line end-to-end
Manage and grow the Gift Cards team
Scale the business line in the US and launch in new markets
Increase revenue by signing new merchants and improving commission rates
and other teams to improve the gift cards experience
Own the Gift Cards P&L
optimizing for revenue and margin growth
