What You'll Achieve.

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Recognised accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
Nice to Have
Experience with modern FP&A tooling such as Pigment or similar platforms
What You'll Do.
Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team
Own and evolve the end-to-end budgeting
and long-range planning processes
Drive the transformation of FP&A processes
Champion process improvement
and the adoption of AI-enabled solutions
forward-looking financial insight and performance analysis
Oversee monthly management reporting and financial commentary
Partner closely with Data and Analytics teams to improve reporting and insight
Act as a trusted senior Finance partner across the business
Proactively identify risks and opportunities
Support investor-related activity
Influence decisions through financial storytelling
