University degree in finance/accounting, 5-8 years FP&A Team Leader experience, Relevant accounting proficiency, understanding of Cash Flow, BS and P&L relationships, Experience in digitalisation projects, Proven financial modelling skills, Ability to translate data into insights, Outstanding proficiency in PPT and Microsoft Excel, Excellent spoken and written English, analytical and problem-solving skills, Actively seeking to improve processes and systems, leadership and proven project management skills
