Must Have
minimum 5 years of leadership experience in fraud prevention, security operations, or vehicle repossession/asset recovery, understanding of risk management principles and practical implementation in an international, dynamic environment, proven experience in developing and implementing KPI frameworks, reporting structures, and governance models, experience leading culturally diverse teams and managing complex organizational structures with maturity and pragmatism, fluent in English

coordinate operational security across 11 European markets with varying legal and cultural contexts
balance effective fraud prevention with an excellent customer experience and business conversion
report to Senior Management and Board

drive organizational change and professionalization initiatives
