Full Job Description

## The Role This role sits within our corporate team and reports to the CEO. You’ll lead the Finance team and take responsibility for financial reporting, compliance, accounting operations and internal governance. You’ll provide both strategic and day-to-day direction, ensuring financial processes are robust, reliable and aligned with the needs of the business. You’ll work closely with the Executive team to deliver transparency and insight, while also supporting your team to operate effectively and continuously improve. ## What you'll do Lead and support the Finance team, providing clear direction, guidance and day-to-day operational oversight. Contribute to a consistent Procreate culture and foster a positive, collaborative team environment. Ensure all financial reporting is accurate, timely and aligned with business needs. Deliver monthly reporting against budget and provide insight to support decision-making. Forecast revenue by product and accurately track performance against targets Prepare multiple-entity financial statements and consolidated annual reports. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax obligations and reporting standards. Manage relationships with external stakeholders including auditors, the ATO, ASIC and banking partners. Approve Accounts Payable payments and oversee cashflow and banking activities. Troubleshoot accounting and taxation issues, identify potential financial risks, and presenting solutions where required. Oversee financial systems (including Xero) to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data. Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost management and process improvement. Support the development and delivery of the annual budget in partnership with key stakeholders. Establish and maintain internal financial policies, controls and governance frameworks. Ensure financial processes align with audit requirements and best practice standards. Support teams across the business to understand and adhere to financial policies
