Following an internal promotion, we now have a very exciting opportunity for a Head of Finance to partner with the Australia/ New Zealand business leaders and managers. The primary focus of this position is to lead the ANZ Finance function to provide commercial leadership, financial governance, and decision support to the business. As a key member of the ANZ Leadership Team, and with responsibilities at a Director level, you will partner with these leaders to drive profitable growth, optimise working capital, and manage financial risk while ensuring strong compliance, control, and operational discipline. In addition, you will provide commercial leadership to the business, whilst playing a pivotal role in delivering strategic vision, commercial focus, improving the business performance whilst protecting the interests of shareholders. Working in a matrix environment, the successful incumbent will need to produce timely, relevant and accurate data and management reporting which facilitates effective business decision making.
