What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of progressive finance leadership, significant scale-up experience in high-growth technology environments, Experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing finance and accounting teams from the ground up, Mastery of complex financial modeling, Ability to instill structure and discipline in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, Poise and clarity when presenting to the Board, investors, and external regulatory bodies, Ability to translate complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders
Nice to Have
Deep Web3 or Fintech Experience, Sophisticated understanding of the crypto landscape, Treasury management of digital assets, Nuances of blockchain-native financial operations
What You'll Do.
Architect the long-term financial roadmap
Lead complex treasury management and capital allocation strategies
Establish enterprise-level standards for financial reporting
and internal controls
Serve as a core advisor to the executive team
Design and implement a scalable financial tech stack and data infrastructure
