Must Have
ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, Significant post-qualification experience in a finance leadership role, technical accounting expert, Commercial acumen, Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team, Demonstrable experience driving automation and process improvement, Continuous improvement mindset

Our team is distributed across North America, Europe, Africa and Asia. ### ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Global Expansion (GX) is a fast-growing Employer of Record (EOR), enabling businesses to employ workers across multiple geographies through a network of in-country partners (ICPs). GX manages the full employment lifecycle, from onboarding and payroll through to invoicing and compliance, across a complex multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction operating model. The Head of Finance leads a finance function across two pillars: Transactions & Reporting and Service Delivery & Commercial. ### WHAT YOU WILL OWN The Head of Finance will be responsible for the following key areas: • **Full ownership of the finance function** : Financial controls, reporting integrity, and team leadership across both pillars. • **Board reporting** : Produce accurate, timely, and credible management information that gives the COO and board genuine confidence in the numbers. • **Month-end close process** : Oversee the GL Accountant and Finance Manager to deliver a clean, controlled close each month within a defined timetable. • **Financial controls framework** : Design and embed controls appropriate for a multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction EOR business, with clear ownership and sign-off at every stage. • **Senior stakeholder relationships** : Be the primary finance voice wi
