What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or finance business partnering, Proven expertise in sales, service, or revenue-focused finance roles, Experience managing multi-country finance & accounting teams, Knowledge of IFRS, statutory compliance, VAT, tax, and transfer pricing, Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset, Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior leadership, Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related
Nice to Have
Master’s or certifications a plus, Fluent in additional regional languages a plus
What You'll Do.
Act as strategic financial partner to Regional Head
Share accountability for P&L
Integrate financial controlling
Support decision-making
Drive business growth across the region
Collaborate with APAC leadership to manage budgets
Provide actionable insights to optimize sales and service
