About the Role    As the Head of Facilities, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and operational excellence of our maintenance programs. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations/Property Management, you will oversee teams of dedicated professionals, developing best-in-class maintenance programs across our diverse portfolio of multifamily properties. ## Responsibilities Provide technical and operational support to maintenance and operations teams, create efficiencies, and meet maintenance performance standards Develop, implement, and improve preventative maintenance programs Inspect and audit properties to verify they are following company policies and procedures Lead mitigation and remediation of larger maintenance-related issues Identify life safety, employee safety, and physical hazards on-site and provide corrective solutions. Ensure effective oversight and execution of work orders, unit turns, standard R&M, and preventative maintenance Lead recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, and mentoring of facilities teams Work directly with the Executive team to implement company and ownership goals for each property, centered around maximizing revenue and co
