Must Have
Successfully completed bachelor's degree in areas such as economics, public relation or marketing, A minimum of 2 years working experience in event management/planning/directing and PR, Great interpersonal abilities and excellent communication skills, Good leadership qualities at all times, Good organizational, analytical, and coordinating abilities, Ability to work in a team and solve problems, Must be creative and able to prioritize tasks in the face of many challenges, Ready to travel between the office and the event sites to oversee and manage events and its promotional activities
What You'll Do.
Develop and implement an integrated strategic event plan to advance brand broaden awareness of the University and increase the visibility of its programs across key stakeholder audiences including alignment with other PR strategies & campaigns.
Establish & Execute PR und communication strategy for the event promotion and planning.
Structure events from concept to execution
Establish relationships and work with local PR agencies or contractors
budgets and forecasts in order to maintain and manage an efficient department
Development of general event management policies.
Building the interface to other PR/Communication activities
Arrange interviews and press releases to promote the organization of events and its messages
Manage all aspects of these events and act as onsite manager to ensure meeting are delivered effectively and professionally
Communicate with clients
venues and other relevant vendors the logistics of each event
Manage relationships with media outlets
track and influence media coverage
Develop written materials including press releases
blog and new media content
and other internal and external communications together with other teams
