What You'll Do.
Strategically and operationally develop the Environment department in Germany
Manage departments in terms of expertise
Shape continuous development of departments and sustainable orientation of the area
Act as a strategic sparring partner and central point of contact
Balance overarching control with operational support
Manage economic and operational results including quality
Support technical and commercial offer preparation
Support contract and amendment negotiations
Expand long-term customer and partner relationships
Strengthen cross-departmental collaboration
Drive the development of processes and methods
and a healthy and safe working environment

Zusätzlich bearbeiten wir zu all diesen Themenfeldern auch den Immissionsschutz (Luftschall). Für die Leitung unseres Umweltbereichs suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einenHead of Environment Germany für einen unserer Standorte in Mannheim, Hamburg, Schwerin, Berlin, Hannover, Essen, Köln oder München. Für eine erfolgreiche Führung und Zusammenarbeit ist eine regelmäßige persönliche Präsenz am Standort und Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands vorgesehen. Dein Wirkungskreis * Du führst und entwickelst den Umweltbereich in Deutschland strategisch und operativ weiter und behältst dabei stets die Ziele des Geschäftsbereichs im Blick. * Dabei verantwortest Du die fachliche, personelle und finanzielle Führung der Abteilungsleitungen im Segment Umwelt und gestaltest deren kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung sowie die nachhaltige Ausrichtung des Bereichs. * Als strategischer Sparringspartner und zentraler Ansprechpartner hältst Du die Balance zwischen übergeordneter Steuerung und operativer Begleitung und verantwortest die wirtschaftlichen und operativen Ergebnisse inklusive Qualität, Termine, Ressourcen und Finanzen. * Zudem begleitest Du die technische und kaufmännische Angebotserstellung sowie Vertrags‑ und Nachtragsverhandlungen und den Ausbau langfristiger Kunden‑ und Partnerbeziehungen. * Du stärkst die bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit, treibst d
