What You'll Do.
Provide oversight of ERM program
Develop ERM frameworks
and governance structures
Oversee risk assessments and RCSAs
Identify and assess relevant risks
Ensure appropriate controls are in place
Provide oversight of ERM programs
Establish key risk indicators
Establish risk appetite statements
Establish enterprise risk registers
Provide periodic updates to senior leadership and board
Provide insights and recommendations on risk-related matters
Set agendas for Enterprise Risk Management Committee meetings
Participate in governance committees
Author and manage Enterprise Risk Management Policy and
Foster a risk-aware culture
Develop risk training programs
and awareness initiatives
Monitor emerging risks and regulatory changes
Adapt risk management strategies
Participate in regulatory examinations and internal audits
Assist in preparing responses to exams and audits

About the Team You will provide oversight of all aspects of an ERM program, including but not limited to, model risk management, third party risk management, operational risk management, operational resiliency, and physical security. This position ensures the identification, measurement, monitoring, reporting, and prioritization of risks faced by Rain. What you’ll do - Develop, implement, and refine ERM frameworks, policies, procedures, and governance structures aligned with regulatory guidelines. - Oversee risk assessments and RCSAs ensuring that all relevant risks are identified and assessed, and that appropriate controls are in place to mitigate them. - Provide oversight of ERM programs related to model risk, third party risk, operational risk, business continuity/disaster recovery, policy management, and physical security. - Establish key risk indicators (KRIs), risk appetite statements, and enterprise risk registers to enhance risk transparency and a
