This is a pivotal executive role within a high-growth portfolio company, where success is measured by platform availability, transaction velocity, and the seamless delivery of delightful consumer experiences to millions of active users. You will directly lead our engineering organization, architecting scalable web and mobile infrastructure, optimizing high-throughput data systems, and pioneering AI-accelerated workflows. Define standards for continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), testing guardrails, and code hygiene to ensure rapid, predictable shipping cycles. * **AI & Workflow Innovation:** Lead the transition toward an AI-accelerated development ecosystem.
