Manage all resources within the Mobile Engineering Department

Oversee employee assignments

Work with the Mobile Engineering Leadership team on the annual promotion process

Lead Summer Internship

Early Career Development and Airbus Global Graduate Programs locally

Coordinate with Heads of Resources and Competencies within Airbus Americas

Support the development of multi-skilling/component/program knowledge and capabilities

Responsible for the personal development of staff and ensuring succession planning

Inform staff of updates and/or new processes

Support the preparation of Engineers for Technical Signatory

Participate in initial resource planning of work packages or activities

Approve contractual agreements (Statement of Work)

Understand resource cost targets and manage staffing levels and costs

Allocate annual bonuses and merit increases

Collaborate with Project Teams

Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and HR to communicate resource needs
