8-10 years progressive engineering experience, 3-5 years senior engineering leadership, Hands-on engineering capability, Experience leading engineering in SaaS, Proven track record improving velocity, quality, security, Experience with cloud-native platforms, Experience with containerized workloads, Experience with modern backend architectures
Nice to Have
GCP preferred, GKE/Kubernetes preferred, Healthtech experience preferred, Insurtech experience preferred, Medicare distribution experience preferred
