Must Have
Proven experience as a CTO, Head of Engineering, VP Engineering, Head of Development, or similar senior technology leadership role., Hands-on background in software engineering and system architecture., Experience managing engineering teams and technical managers., Understanding of modern software development practices, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, CI/CD, security, and scalable architecture., Experience delivering complex digital products or platforms., Ability to balance strategic technology vision with hands-on execution., Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills., Experience working in fast-paced, international, or matrix organizations., Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders., Fluent English and Spanish are required
