Must Have

We are looking for a Head of E-commerce to own and manage our direct to consumer online shop and drive its performance across all markets. This role owns on site revenue performance and daily e-commerce execution, leading a small e-commerce team and working closely with Marketing, Brand, Supply Chain, Tech, and Customer Care to ensure the website sells effectively and continuously improves. YOUR TASKS - Own overall DTC e-commerce performance across all markets, including conversion rate and average order value - Translate commercial goals into clear e-commerce priorities and concrete on site actions - Monitor daily performance and react quickly to opportunities, issues, and stock or conversion risks - Own homepage, category pages, product pages, navigation, and onsite merchandising decisions - Ensure the website is always clear, conversion focused, and fully aligned with the brand - Make final decisions on onsite structure, hierarchy, and merchandising trade offs - Lead onsite execution of product launches, campaigns, promotions, bundles, gifts, and seasonal initiatives - Ensure strong alignment between marketing campaigns,
