Must Have
Proven senior leadership experience in digital, data, innovation or transformation roles, track record of defining and delivering enterprise-wide digital and data strategies, Experience within financial services or another highly regulated industry, Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation programmes, Commercially focused, Deep understanding of data, analytics and AI, Experience leading multi-disciplinary and operating product-led delivery models, Ability to shape and oversee digital platforms and innovation pipelines, stakeholder management skills
