Must Have
Bachelor's or Master's degree, 8+ years software engineering experience, 3+ years engineering management, Proven track record delivering complex software, Hands-on technical background, Proficiency in Python or C++, Demonstrated ability to hire engineers, Experience operating in agile, Excellent English communication skills, Native-level Korean communication skills, Ability to balance technical depth
Nice to Have
Experience leading engineering teams, Familiarity with reinforcement learning frameworks, Experience delivering software in closed-network environments, Familiarity with HIL testing workflows, Domain familiarity with UAVs, Experience working in US-headquartered technology company, Prior experience managing engineers under security clearance

product, Translate priorities into plans, Deliver on schedule, Operate team as extension of global engineering, Drive architecture and design reviews, Make sound tradeoff decisions, Champion engineering best practices, Partner with U.S.
PMs, Represent engineering team in customer discussions.

Partnering daily with U.S. leadership; Cross-functional agile teams; Partner with U.S. PMs; Partner with engineering leads; Partner with adjacent Korea functions
