Head of Decision Intelligence (DI) is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping, delivering, and scaling the enterprise’s DI strategy and capabilities. Leading a global Centre of Excellence (CoE) based in Bangalore, this role ensures that business stakeholders across all markets and functions have seamless access to trusted, actionable insights that drive informed decision‑making. This leader will oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of DI solutions—including design, build, run, enhancement, and governance—while advancing the organisation toward the next generation of business intelligence.
