What They're Looking For.
Must Have
15+ years in Decision Intelligence, Data & Analytics, at least 5 years in global leadership roles, Proven experience leading multi‑disciplinary analytics teams, Demonstrated ownership of an enterprise BI platform, track record integrating data science, machine learning, and generative AI/agentic AI into analytics products, Experience shaping and running a BI or analytics Centre of Excellence, Deep expertise in modern BI technologies, understanding of cloud data platforms, data modelling, data engineering fundamentals
Nice to Have
Azure preferred, Knowledge of Python/R, AI/ML workflows, GenAI frameworks, autonomous AI agent patterns, Familiarity with UX design principles for data products and insight consumption
