Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería, Business o carreras afines, 8–12 años de experiencia en data, analytics, consumer intelligence o marketing analytics, Experiencia construyendo modelos de consumer data, segmentation y attribution, Capacidad de construir frameworks, governance y playbooks desde cero, Perfil estratégico, hands-on y orientado a resultados, Experiencia liderando equipos regionales y proyectos de transformación digital/data, Inglés y español bilingüe
