As Head of Data & Data Management, you will sit at the intersection of strategy, engineering, and operations, ensuring data is treated as a trusted, high-value enterprise asset and product. You will lead the evolution of our data platforms, governance framework, and AI enablement, while ensuring operational excellence across data management. This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on leadership, requiring someone who can shape vision whilst also ensuring high-quality execution at scale. **What you 'll be doing** You’ll take ownership of shaping and delivering Procode’s data capability end-to-end, from defining the strategy through to making sure it works day-to-day in a fast-moving, product-led environment. A big part of your role will be setting the direction. You’ll define what great looks like for data and AI at Procode, building a clear strategy that directly supports our products, customers, and commercial outcomes. Just as importantly, you’ll turn that strategy into something tangible, creating prioritised roadmaps that drive real value.
