What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or similar, Several years of leadership experience in an intercultural environment, Several years of experience in project or program management (including PMI certification), Demonstrated experience in a highly regulated environment (e.g., GMP, ISO 13485, FDA, MDR), Proficiency in qualification of production facilities (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ), Extensive know-how in 'Design for Manufacturing/Assembly' (DfM/DfA), Proficient English and German language skills

What You'll Do.
Lead the 'CxM Finished Goods - Projects' team
Manage the entire project portfolio
Ensure transparent planning and reliable execution
Manage risks and resources efficiently
Define and manage efficient processes and methodologies
Ensure compliance with medical technology regulations
Accompany qualification and validation phases
Drive development and optimization of contract landscape
Accompany technical content of projects
Assess technical issues and ensure solution quality
Ensure technological implementation meets requirements
Foster cooperation with stakeholders and external partners
Assess supplier performance and monitor target achievement
Define and implement manufacturing and test concepts

Collaborate with Equipment manufacturers; Collaborate with external operators (Contract Manufacturers); Collaborate with internal departments (R&D, Purchasing, Quality, internal production); Collaborate with product team; Foster close, partnership-based cooperation with all stakeholders; Foster cooperation with external partners
