Must Have
10+ years as QA engineer, 5+ years as QA lead of 5+ people, Established testing processes, Knowledge of quality standards, software testing methodologies, and test design techniques, 5+ years of practical experience in test process automation with REST API and UI on any high-level programming language, Know why and how to bring testing outside the boundaries of the QA team, Experience with Selenium Webdriver, Git, and Allure, Ready to work in a dynamic atmosphere of a startup, Desire to bring something new to the table, No fear in making decisions, Can provide results in set time frames
Nice to Have
C# is preferable, Knowledge of Docker, Knowledge of DevOps practices, Experience in hiring team, Capability to motivate, teach and help team members reach personal goals, Practical experience in integrating automating testing processes

Set up a framework for consistent quality throughout the development lifecycle
Resolve defects before deployment
Create an effective automated testing process (end-to-end
Develop a testing process with developers’ involvement
Integrate testing into the development process
Engage developers in quality maintenance
Define quality metrics and test strategies
Select metrics that guide test planning and strategy
Assess testing process efficiency and test case effectiveness
Continuously implement AI-based QA approach
