POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a leader in Data & Product Analytics to lead a team of 5+ talented analysts who drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. This leader will shape the analytics strategy, mentor and develop the team, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations to translate business needs into actionable insights. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, comfortable diving into data when needed while also setting the broader vision for analytics excellence. This position will be hybrid from our Bengaluru office as part of our expanding site location.
