What you'll do: - Own end-to-end delivery of content projects, translating infrastructure outputs into executable plans with clear milestones, resource allocation, and financial discipline. - Lead and develop a high-performing Content Operations team, setting clear expectations, coaching on execution rigour, and building a culture of ownership and transparency. - Serve as the operational bridge between delivery teams, Content Engineering, Product, and Pedagogy, ensuring handoffs are clearly defined and system constraints are surfaced early. - Own the full supplier and contractor lifecycle, including negotiations, contract management, invoici
