Must Have
18+ years of progressive leadership experience in real estate, infrastructure, or large-scale development organizations, Proven track record managing enterprise-level project portfolios with high capital and operational complexity, experience balancing business performance with execution excellence, Deep understanding of construction management, project lifecycle management, and delivery governance, commercial acumen with exposure to investment planning, capital productivity, and portfolio governance, Experience building scalable operating models and leading organizations through growth and transformation phases, stakeholder management and executive leadership capabilities, Demonstrated success in building leadership teams and long-term organizational capability
