What You'll Achieve.
Identify systemic outliers and trigger formal reviews, restrictions, retraining, or termination based on portfolio evidence; Report outcomes to the Partnership Oversight Committee and ExCo; Report to Board and ExCo on partner risk

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years in financial-services compliance, At least 5 years in a senior role at an EMI, payment institution, investment firm, or bank with a comparable outsourced-distribution, agent, or program-manager model, Demonstrable experience as a named MLRO or deputy MLRO, ideally with onboarding decision-making authority, Direct experience overseeing an introducer, agent, or program-manager network at scale, Experience designing and submitting registration or notification filings across multiple jurisdictions (UK and/or EU), Track record using data and MI to drive risk-based oversight at scale, Working knowledge of financial-crime frameworks, outsourcing standards, and conduct expectations across the firm's operating jurisdictions, Senior judgement under pressure, Framework-thinker, Numerate and data-fluent, Influence without authority, Credible voice in senior stakeholder and supervisory dialogue

What You'll Do.
Act as MLRO for PM onboarding & KYD
Own the KYD framework
Adjudicate all escalations from PM onboarding
Own periodic re-KYD cycle
Maintain jurisdictional map of registration requirements
Own application preparation
Act as first point of contact for regulator queries
Own the PM-level dashboard
Identify systemic outliers
Serve as central escalation point
route recommendations
Maintain written record of escalations
Design and run tiered ongoing monitoring
Own the annual PM review cycle
Report outcomes to Partnership Oversight Committee
Design and maintain mandatory PM training curriculum
Own certification standards
Own onboarding sign-off
Own exit and kill-switch playbook
Chair the Partnership Oversight Committee
Act as primary point of contact for supervisory dialogue
Report to Board and ExCo on partner risk
