### **🚀 Head of Client Operations (Cold Email, Client Success & Startup Operations)** **Full-Time | Remote | Flexible U.S. Time Zone Collaboration** ### **🔥 About the Role** We’re hiring a high-ownership **Head of Client Operations** to lead client delivery, campaign performance, retention, and operational execution inside a fast-growing startup environment. This is not a traditional project management role. You will fully own: ✅ Client relationships ✅ Campaign performance ✅ Retention & satisfaction ✅ Delivery systems ✅ Operational scalability You’ll work directly with: * the founder * developers * outreach teams * operations to ensure client campaigns deliver measurable results while the company scales rapidly.
