Experience leading client operations, account ownership, or delivery operations inside fast-growing startups or agencies, Background in cold email, lead generation, or outbound operations, Hands-on expertise with deliverability, inbox placement, domain warm-up, campaign optimization, and cold email copywriting, Ability to personally troubleshoot campaigns without relying entirely on technical teams, Understanding of APIs, automations, workflows, and operational systems, Daily practical use of ChatGPT, Claude, and AI workflow tools

What You'll Do.

Serve as the primary point of contact for 20-30 active client accounts

Lead client check-ins

Manage expectations and proactively prevent churn

Diagnose and fix underperforming campaigns

Review campaigns before launch for technical readiness

Continuously optimize open rates

Own campaign execution quality across inbox warm-up

API/integration problems

and automation breakdowns

Build operational playbooks and delivery workflows

Improve onboarding systems
