A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a and proven background in Packaging., Extensive hands-on experience within Packaging procurement, including market dynamics, materials, suppliers, and category-specific risks., Deep procurement expertise covering sourcing strategies, governance, risk management, and procurement methodologies., analytical skills combined with excellent target pricing and cost management capabilities., Solid experience in supplier management, including performance management and strategic supplier relationships., Practical experience working with SAP and Ariba, with a clear understanding of end-to-end procurement processes., Advanced proficiency in MS Office., Excellent English skills (C1 level, both written and spoken), communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage conflicts, influence senior stakeholders, and demonstrate effective lateral leadership.

Drive the development and implementation of a global procurement strategy for Packaging and Communication Materials
Maximize the value of strategic sourcing across the organization
Develop and regularly update the category strategy
as well as the supplier strategic plan and underlying policies.
