This role supports the Business Risk and Control Management (BRCM) framework by translating policies into actionable processes and monitoring compliance. * **Policy Implementation:** * Translate AML policies and regulatory requirements into practical operational procedures. * Ensure timely communication and rollout of updated policies across relevant business units. * **Control & Compliance:** * Monitor adherence to AML policies and internal controls. * Conduct periodic reviews and assessments to identify gaps and recommend improvements. * **Stakeholder Coordination:** * Collaborate with Compliance, Risk Management, and business units to ensure consistent application of AML standards. * Provide guidance and support to business teams on AML operational requirements. * **Training & Awareness:** * Develop and deliver training programs to enhance AML awareness and understanding among staff. * Act as a subject matter expert for AML policy-related queries. * **Reporting & Documentation:** * Maintain accurate documentation of AML processes and controls.
