8+ years in a leadership role within AI/Data consulting, Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale AI transformation projects, Deep expertise in Agentic AI concepts and applications, Extensive experience in developing and implementing Data Strategies, Extensive experience in implementing Data Governance frameworks, Solid understanding of AI Ethics, Solid understanding of Responsible AI principles, Practical application of AI Ethics, Practical application of Responsible AI, Leadership skills, People management skills, Ability to inspire technical teams, Ability to develop technical teams, Excellent communication skills, Excellent presentation skills, Excellent interpersonal skills, Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, Strategic thinking, Pragmatic approach to problem-solving, Fluency in English, Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Master's degree or higher in Engineering, Master's degree or higher in Data Science, Master's degree or higher in a related quantitative field
