What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Tech Lead, Architect or CTO roles, Intimate knowledge of production (DevSecOps, Cloud, API), Technical debt management, Expertise in latest agentic AI development practices, Expertise in creation and deployment of agentic Software Engineering frameworks based on CLI solutions (e.g., Claude Code, OpenCode), Structuring system instructions (via agents.md), Implementation of custom skills, Workflow orchestration, Context memory management, Mastery of ReAct architectures, Multi-agent orchestration (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen), Implementation of Model Context Protocol (MCP) for integration into complex IS (ERP, databases), Design of advanced information retrieval systems (RAG structured by knowledge graphs), Systemic thinking ability, Cutting-edge technological watch to anticipate ecosystem mutations, Pedagogical and resilient, Excellent change management skills, Mastery of French (written and oral), Mastery of English (written and oral)

Demonstrated expertise in financial optimization of artificial intelligence pipelines (granular token consumption management, model arbitrage, infrastructure sizing), Sensitivity to Green IT principles, governance, and algorithmic fairness, Expertise in Context Engineering and deployment of Token Factories to scale LLM usage, Strict governance (security, auditability, FinOps) adapted to Swiss regulated environments
