Must Have
Extensive experience leading enterprise-scale Agile delivery in complex, global organisations, Proven accountability for Agile frameworks, standards and governance, Understanding of scaled Agile models (e. g. SAFe, LeSS) and hybrid delivery environments, Demonstrated ability to link Agile execution to business outcomes and value delivery, Excellent senior stakeholder engagement and leadership credibility, Agile delivery certifications (e. g. SAFe, CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
Nice to Have
Experience operating within large D&T portfolios alongside formal delivery governance, Background in Delivery Excellence, transformation or enterprise agility roles, Data-driven mindset with experience defining delivery and outcome metrics, Exposure to regulated or highly complex commercial environments
