What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7–10 years of progressively responsible accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities, background in the banking or financial services sector, Proven experience in systems integration projects, including ERP implementation, data migration, process mapping, or financial system upgrades, Solid knowledge of IFRS and banking-related accounting standards, Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar and core banking platforms, Familiarity with integration tools and methodologies
What You'll Do.

Ensure internal controls consistent with audit standards
Serve as primary point of contact for auditors
Maintain up-to-date understanding of regulatory requirements
